Applications Report

This is a brief overview of the Applications report, which allows providers to see all Applications within their provider organization. This report is by request only and is delivered via email at the requester’s desired frequency.

What is an Application?

An application is a patient’s request for a payment plan. Applications are created when a provider starts the application process through our Provider Portal or one of our integration partner platforms.

Common Use Cases:

  • Analyzing volume – With this report, you can easily see how many applications have been created over a period. This can be segmented by location, state, etc.
  • Reviewing cancellations – This report includes Origination Status, which allows providers to see how many patients cancelled during the application process.
  • Credit Mix – Using the Credit Grade column, providers can see where their patients are being grouped within HFDs credit bucketing.
