Understanding Auto Campaigns for Open Approvals: BETA

To help patients complete their applications after being approved, we send a series of friendly reminder emails. These automatic messages are designed to guide and encourage patients through the process, without needing any extra work from your team.

Emails Sent to Patients

1. Reminder Email

When it’s sent: The day after a patient is approved but hasn’t finished their application.
What it does: Gives them a gentle nudge  “You’re approved!” and encourages them to complete their application.

2. Follow-Up Email

When it’s sent: 7 days after the first reminder.
What it does: Shares more about why completing the application matters and what they can expect next.

3. Second Follow-Up Email

When it’s sent: 14 days after the previous email.
What it does: Reinforces the benefits of completing the process and may include helpful tips or incentives.

4. Final Reminder Email

When it’s sent: 30 days after the last email.
What it does: Offers one last reminder, emphasizing why it’s important to finish up and what the patient might miss if they don’t.

How to Enable Notifications

This setting is available only to users with Administrative privileges. 

  1. From the dashboard, select the profile icon
  2. Click Settings
  3. Next, select Notifications
  4. Toggle Open Approval Reminders ON
  5. Click Update Settings
