Multiple Payment Frequency
As patient needs continue to evolve, we understand the importance of staying ahead of the curve. We’ve implemented this option as part of the application workflow.
This feature empowers patients to select a payment date in the application workflow that suits their individual preferences and aligns seamlessly with their pay schedule.
- In the application workflow, on the payment schedule step, the applicant will see a dropdown that allows them to choose their payment frequency.

Customers can now select from a variety of payment frequency options during the application process:

Monthly
- The same day of the month, each month. Ex: every month on the 5th.

Twice per Month

The same two dates each month. Ex: every 1st and 15th.

Every Other Week

The same day of the week, every other week. Ex: every other Wednesday.

Weekly
- The same day of the week, each week. Ex: every other Monday.

- Next, the applicant will enter their last payment date and their schedule will automatically generate.
- After continuing the offer selection on Step 4 the applicant can update their payment frequency selection before completing their payment plan.
