What is an Application?
An application is a patient’s request for a payment plan. Applications are created when a provider starts the application process through our Provider Portal or one of our integration partner platforms.
Common Use Cases:
- Analyzing volume – With this report, you can easily see how many applications have been created over a period. This can be segmented by location, state, etc.
- Reviewing cancellations – This report includes Origination Status, which allows providers to see how many patients cancelled during the application process.
- Credit Mix – Using the Credit Grade column, providers can see where their patients are being grouped within HFDs credit bucketing.
