Tracking Provider Settings Changes

Use Audit Trail Logs to pinpoint what changed, when, and by whom

  • Log in to the Ops Portal

  • Hover over System  in the naviation menu and select Logs

  • Next, select View Audit Trail Logs

  • In the Logs view search Change ID, Table Name, ID (Provider ID), Changes, Changed On and Changed By so you can locate relevant entries.

    • Provider ID search is most common.

  • Once search parameters have been set, view the results in the Changes column. Inspect the before/after values (ProviderName, bank fields, retention fees, etc.) to understand exactly what changed. 
    • e.g. {MaxAmountAllowed.Value} was {5000.0000} is {10000}. So, the value was updated from $5,000 to $10,000
