Tracking Provider Settings Changes
Use Audit Trail Logs to pinpoint what changed, when, and by whom

Log in to the Ops Portal

Hover over System in the naviation menu and select Logs

Next, select View Audit Trail Logs

In the Logs view search Change ID, Table Name, ID (Provider ID), Changes, Changed On and Changed By so you can locate relevant entries.

Provider ID search is most common.

- Once search parameters have been set, view the results in the Changes column. Inspect the before/after values (ProviderName, bank fields, retention fees, etc.) to understand exactly what changed.

e.g. {MaxAmountAllowed.Value} was {5000.0000} is {10000}. So, the value was updated from $5,000 to $10,000
