Noting and Tasking Payment Plans

Quickly capture notes with clear next steps, and add a follow-up task when action or ownership is needed.

Creating a Note without a Task

  • Select the orange Notes icon in the left toolbar to open the Notes tab.

  • Click into the Details text area and enter a concise, action‑oriented description (who, what, and desired outcome) so next steps are clear.

  • Click Add Note and the note will now appear in the grid.

ℹ️ The note will automatically be assigned to the user that is logging the note.

Creating a Note with a Task

  • To add a follow up task, click the Due On field to open the date picker. Choose a specific follow-up date so the assignee and queues correctly schedule the task.

  • Open Assigned To and pick the team member who will handle this task.

👉If necessary, checking the ⬜Important checkbox will ensure the task is listed at the top of the assignees task list

ℹ️ Not adding a assignee will automatically assign the task to the user logging the note.
