Finding Payment Plans

Searching for Payment Plans

ℹ️ Payment plans generated from integrated flows will not be visible until they are activated.

  • Log in to the OPs Portal (ELI).

  • Click Applications from the blue nav bar

  • Select Manage Applications

  • See that each column has a searchable bar

  • Enter the data you have for the field you want to search by and press enter

ℹ️ The fields will automatically run a search when you pause typing.

Additionally, if you have the HFD Proc ID (App ID) you can use the search bar in the upper right, in the blue nav bar.

  • Enter the Proc ID and click enter

  • You will be redirected the the applicants payment plan details

Filtering Payment Plans

  • To refine your search, select the filter icon next to the field you are searching.

  • Refine by options like:

    • Begins with

    • Doesn't contain

    • Equals - and more
