Timely updates means faster follow-up, fewer missed opportunities, and a smoother patient experience from start to finish. With Practice Notifications, team members* will receive alerts directly in their inboxes for the following payment plan actions:

Application is approved but the payment plan is not activated |
Submit and approve app, skip activation, verify email after 48hrs |
Payment Plan Activated |
Patient activates their payment plan |
Complete and activate an app, verify email is sent instantly |
Is Pre-Qualified |
Patient is pre-qualified via Pre-Qual flow |
Complete Pre-Qual, verify email notification to provider |
ℹ️Team members refers to users with Provider Portal logins. Any notifications will be sent to the email address listed in their Provider Portal profile.

Each team member can customize which notifications they receive in the Provider Portal. Please note: User must be logged into their account on the Provider Portal.
