Timely updates mean faster follow-up, fewer missed opportunities, and a smoother patient experience from start to finish. With Practice Notifications, team members* will receive alerts directly in their inboxes for the following payment plan actions:

ℹ️Team members refers to users with Provider Portal logins. Any notifications will be sent to the email address listed in their Provider Portal profile.
Managing your notification preferences:
Each team member can customize which notifications they receive in the Provider Portal. Please note: User must be logged into their account on the Provider Portal.
Multi-office users: Notification preferences are unique to each office. If your login is associated with multiple offices, use the location dropdown after signing in to choose which office’s notifications to manage.
Set your practice up for success! Do you handle patients with 'Activated' payment plans, but your colleague works to follow up with patients who are 'Approved' and have yet to activate? Encourage your colleagues who use the Provider Portal to set their preferences accordingly. That way, each team member is notified of status updates relevant to their day-to-day responsibilities.
