Get real-time email updates when your patients take action so you can follow up fast and keep treatment moving. 

How it Works

Timely updates means faster follow-up, fewer missed opportunities, and a smoother patient experience from start to finish. With Practice Notifications, team members* will receive alerts directly in their inboxes for the following payment plan actions:

Incomplete Applications

Patient starts but does not complete application

Submit partial app, confirm no completion for 14 days, verify provider receives email

Declined Applications

Patient application is declined

Submit an app that fails underwriting, verify provider receives email immediately

Open Approvals

Application is approved but the payment plan is not activated

Submit and approve app, skip activation, verify email after 48hrs

Payment Plan Activated

Patient activates their payment plan

Complete and activate an app, verify email is sent instantly

Is Pre-Qualified

Patient is pre-qualified via Pre-Qual flow

Complete Pre-Qual, verify email notification to provider

ℹ️Team members refers to users with Provider Portal logins. Any notifications will be sent to the email address listed in their Provider Portal profile.


Managing your notification preferences:

Each team member can customize which notifications they receive in the Provider Portal. Please note: User must be logged into their account on the Provider Portal.
