How to use Pre-Qualification in Your Day-to-Day Workflow
Pre-Qualification is your most powerful (and easiest) tool to boost case acceptance, reduce cost objections, and build confidence for your patients and your team. Here’s how to leverage it in your day-to-day:
Before the Appointment
Embed your Pre-Qual link into:
• Appointment confirmation & reminder emails
• New patient forms or digital intake paperwork
• Your website’s “Financing” or “Payment Options” page
Why this works: Patients arrive knowing they have financing options — you reduce hesitation before the consult even starts.

During the Appointment
Use your HFD Pre-Qualification table tent to start the conversation.
• Display your Pre-Qualification table tent at check-in or in consult rooms.
• Fill in your office’s custom Pre-Qual code so patients know where to go.
• Train your team to point it out during intake or before discussing the treatment plan.
Why this works: It makes financing feel simple and approachable, without your team needing to “sell” anything.

After the Appointment
Use Pre-Qual to follow up with patients who didn’t start treatment. Send a message like:
“Hi [Patient Name]! You may still qualify for flexible monthly payments. You can check here — with no impact to your credit score!”
You can also include your Pre-Qual link in:
• Follow-up emails or texts
• Voicemail callbacks
