# Customer Communications Report

## A summary of all emails and text messages sent to your customers by HFD. This report is available for all providers utilizing the Cash Over Time program.

To run this report;

- Log in to the [provider portal](https://provider.healthcarefinancedirect.com/)
- Navigate to the **Reports **tab
- Select the report titled Customer Communications Report
- Enter the date range you wish to view 
    - Event date describes the date that the communication was done
    - Event Type describes the type of communication sent to the customer 
          - Email
          - Call
          - Text
          - Mailer

- To export the report, simply click download to view it in Excel
