Customer Communications Report

A summary of all emails and text messages sent to your customers by HFD. This report is available for all providers utilizing the Cash Over Time program.

To run this report;

  • Log in to the provider portal
  • Navigate to the Reports tab
  • Select the report titled Open Applications
  • Enter the date range you wish to view
    • Event date describes the date that the communication was done
    • Event Type describes the type of communication sent to the customer
      • Email
      • Call
      • Text
      • Mailer
  • To export the report, simply click download to view it in Excel
