Pre-Qualification for Provider Portal Easy Apply
Patients often avoid necessary treatment due to financial concerns, stemming from a lack of awareness about financing options and eligibility. This leads to missed opportunities for essential treatments and effective patient care.
The implementation of the Pre-Qualification flow will give patients the confidence to enter their healthcare provider’s office knowing their treatment expenses are taken care of. Our goal is to simplify the process, raise awareness of financing options, and ultimately enable patients to receive the necessary care while assisting healthcare providers in delivering better service.
Add Additional Services to Existing Payment Plans: in BETA
We understand that treatment plans change or additional treatment is needed. That’s why we are working to allow providers to add additional services after a payment plan has been activated, within a specified timeframe. This new workflow will send an addendum for signature, to the customer after the adjustment is requested. Post-activation adjustments will reduce the likelihood that a customer will need multiple payment plans.
Manage Disputes in the Provider Portal
We understand that there may be times when a customer feels dissatisfied with their treatment plan, or a customer feels as though their treatment plan should have been canceled or adjusted. That’s why we are introducing a feature in the Provider Portal that allows your practice to easily monitor help resolve a dispute.
By empowering you to manage disputes directly within the portal, we aim to enhance communication and improve overall satisfaction for both your practice and your patients.
