Here is a brief summary as well as a glossary that will help you use the summary report for hybrid financing programs.
Overview
As you know, our Hybrid financing programs allow providers to receive a small portion of their cash up front without losing the benefit of all of the interest income. The hybrid summary report helps providers understand how much time, if any, is remaining before HFD starts to deposit all of the collected principal and interest payments into their account. On the same token, it shows how much more money is remaining until the capital partner has met their return.

Cash Over Under | The amount of dollars over the hurdle or under the hurdle collected by the investor. Negative amount means the investor is still owed. A positive amount means that HFD owes the provider money. There can often be a temporary positive balance until HFD performs it’s monthly reconciliation. | ($4,000.00) |
